I want ask about what Asterisk can do !!Can I use Asterisk on a Medium Size co. as an IVR ?? then it forward the calls to other branches through phone lines or through VoIP ??If So, what's the required Hardware / Pirces ?? so as I can make a proposal for my co. !Thanks !

Yes it can.
There are a lot of creative ways to do this from setting up SIP/IAX2 peers, etc.
